Homecoming and Family Weekend

Thank You for Returning to Campus!

Thank you to all who returned to campus for Homecoming and Family Weekend 2023! We hope you had a wonderful time seeing familiar faces and places while making new memories. Here are 10 highlights that made this year particularly memorable:

  1. Alumni and their families: Once a Tiger, always a Tiger!
  2. Powercat photo ops: He might scare the opponents, but Powercat is always a hit among the alumni crowd
  3. Students: Students packed the A.G. Spanos Center to cheer the Tigers to a 3-0 volleyball victory
  4. Tailgating: It was the perfect fall day for tailgating and soccer
  5. Reunions: 18 class and affinity groups gathered for reunions throughout the day on Saturday
  6. The pep band entertainment: You can never have too much cowbell or Tiger spirit

  1. More than $10,000 raised for the Pacific Fund in student tuition support and emergency funding
  2. Alumni vintners: Taste of Pacific, the largest event of the weekend, featured wines from 17 alumni vintners
  3. The next generation of Tigers: Along with future Tiger children of alumni, the Office of Admissions hosted 369 high school students interested in attending Pacific
  4. Record setting attendance: More than 3,500 Tigers returned to campus to celebrate – the most attendees in University history

The Pacific Athletic Foundation's largest annual fundraiser brought together Pacific Tigers fans and directly supported student-athletes at Pacific. The Orange & Black Ball, which has become one of the premier events in the community, allowed attendees to mingle with coaches, staff and student-athletes.
